Wine making

The grapes were harvested during September and transferred to small stainless steel tanks with temperature control, between 25ºC-28ºC during the fermentation period. 100% of the wine was aged 100% in French oak for a 18 months.

Serving suggestion

This exceptional Cabernet sauvignon Reserve will pair with red meat, game, roasts, strong cheeses and foie gras.
Recommended serving temperature is 16º to 18ºC.

Tasting Notes

Deep garnet color, expressive nose with black fruit, pepper and some complex notes of truffles in perfect harmony with the oak toast, in the mouth shows its concentration, freshness and elegance and with tannins to ensure a favorable evolution for many more years.
