Wine making
The grapes were harvested during September and transferred to small stainless steel tanks with temperature control, between 25ºC-28ºC during the Malolactic fermentation 100% of the wine was aged in 30% American oak and 70% in French oak for a year.
Serving suggestion
The wine´s exuberance and body agree to pair to pair it with both meat and slow cooked fish or strong cheeses.
This Alentejano red is perfect with roasted goat or lamb. Recommended serving temperature is 16º to 18ºC.

Tasting Notes
Deep garnet color, expressive nose with black fruit, pepper and some complex notes of truffles in perfect harmony with the oak toast, in the mouth shows its concentration, freshness and elegance and with tannins to ensure a favorable evolution for many more years.
